Please note: The pricing listed below reflects standard maintenance cleaning services after the initial deep cleaning has been completed. Initial cleanings may vary based on the size of the property, current condition, level of detail needed, and service frequency.

Recurring maintenance rates are designed for homes that are regularly maintained. More frequent service generally requires less time and buildup between visits, allowing us to offer a lower rate per visit.
Recurring maintenance pricing assumes the home remains within the normal scope of maintenance cleaning. If a home requires additional deep-cleaning, excessive buildup removal, or specialty services, additional charges may apply. Any additional charges will be discussed and approved before work begins.
